Structural Transformations

Welcome to Structural Transformations, the Structural Integration practice of Yonathan Hormadaly. 

Structural Integration was developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf about 60 years ago.  It is a system which addresses the physical structural of the body as a whole and interconnected unit.  Through a series of sessions, the whole structure is addressed in a thorough and wholesome way which brings about greater balance, ease of breath and movement, and greater self-awareness.  Structural Integration uses gravity, and works with gravity, as a means of supporting positive structural changes which occur during and after sessions.
